Day 15: Anyone Interested In Engineering Management Should Read This Blog Post

If you are at all interested in Engineering Management, then you need to clear your calendar and read:

And here’s why:

• Reason #1: You’ll understand that Management is not a Promotion.

• Reason #3: It will help you if you’re afraid to make any transition.
